Good Intentions…
It wasn’t her fault at all as she really had good intentions. I have known her for a few years now, and not once has she shown me a negative action or reaction. But my reaction right now could either be negative or positive. The choice is mine to make not hers as I know where she is coming from. But do I know where I am coming from? Do I know my own heart?
People with good intentions can lead one to doubt without even knowing it. Sometimes it takes no effort on someone’s part to make someone else feel a negative or positive feeling. The person on the receiving end has a choice to make, positive or negative. I’ve known my friend for a few years now and we have never had a negative moment. During a recent conversation we were discussing goals and I was talking about my “project”. She said how can you rely on your project when this can help you right now. I knew where she was coming from and it wasn’t coming from a place of hurt, but even it was it still wouldn’t have mattered. See, when it comes to someone’s “project” they see it differently than anyone else. They see where the “project” is headed or the desired destination, while some of us only see what we can physically see. In my friends defense she can’t see what I can see of my “project”, except for the physical view right now. A moment like that can bring on self-doubt, but who is at fault?
When you have a strong belief and take each step with faith self-doubt, or any form of doubt has no access to your “project”. We have to be careful because if there is any ounce of doubt in our “project(s)” we put them at risk. That doesn’t mean that it is dead but only that we have some work to do to grow our belief and make sure each step is taken with faith. We might encounter a series of steps that can bring some risk with them, but we are also left with choice. If we take each step with faith we are securing and protecting our “project” from any risk. When the mind and heart or the conscious and subconscious are aligned as one, the body or actions will line up as well.
It doesn’t matter if you know the heart of someone or not. What matters is if you know your heart? Do you believe enough both in mind and heart in your “project” no matter what it is you will protect it? Standing firm in each step with faith that no risk seen or unseen will hinder it.
