The Trip…
Bringing clarity and vision to an overwhelmed mind in business and in life…
I thought I was tripping until I realized that I actually did trip onto the correct information. Sometimes it’s having the right patience.
When I think of patience, I would automatically go right to patience of enduring almost to the point of pain and suffering. Even though I know patience is a requirement of life it still didn’t excuse the fact that I would have my blah days, because waiting isn’t always fun. But as of lately God, My Yah has allowed me to come to a better understanding that even though I might see something one way doesn’t mean it’s always the original version. I have written blogs about patience and have even included the topic of patience in a couple of chapters in my books (It’s About Time I Get to Know Me) and (Un-Pin Ur Life). In those moments of speaking on patience meant a time to understand that the patience I needed to endure was stillness. When we encounter a new job, a new position, or a new opportunity we can find ourselves ready to dominate in all aspects. While there is nothing wrong with that mindset, sometimes it’s having the right patience in the right moment.
Sometimes we are placed within a job, a position, or an opportunity in order for us to see and exercise an ability or abilities that can work ourselves right out of the same job, position, or opportunity. For the past three years I have been more focused on compounding daily self-improvement knowing that this is a journey and not a race. I have focused on my personal and professional relationships allowing them to patiently build over time. But many times, I still want to rush forward and do things on my own, because I want to fill that rush. In patience there isn’t always that feeling of the initial rush we received when we first embarked on a new job, position, or opportunity. While we might not experience that initial rush of excitement we can still go through the adventure with as much excitement as we started with. The one thing we wake up and complain about going to do every working morning could be the one problem or We say the One Opportunity for you to work your way out.
“But that on the good ground are they which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience. (Luke 8:15, KJV)
When we are provided the ability to possess a new opportunity, we have to take ownership of It. Out of new opportunities will produce an ability or abilities that will move us out of one adventure onto the next along our journey. In Luke 8:15 it says to bring forth fruit with patience, or to produce with cheerful enduring patience. In this context of these words in this verse the word patience is meant to be focused on having patience that comes with constant cheerful patience that endures. Not only are we to produce and meet our goals but we are to do it with constant cheerful patience that endures. I understand that patience can be long suffering and tiring but in order to produce and bring forth the right fruit I have to also bring the right patience with it. I need to remain in constant cheerful patience that endures. We produce and meet our goals with constant cheerful patience that endures all.
“These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.” (John 16:33, KJV)
