Having Your Faith Checked!!!!!!!

There is nothing like having your faith checked and for me it was checked hard.  It is easy for us to go around and say out loud I HAVE FAITH I WILL GET THAT JOB or I HAVE FAITH THAT I WILL OVERCOME THIS CURRENT HARDSHIP.  But what happens when it suddenly goes quiet?  So quiet you can hear your own heart take a beat, so quiet you can actually hear that pin hit the floor.  We have been told that as long as we have faith we can do whatever we want, we can have whatever we want.  Just pray and keep your faith and keep fighting and it will happen.  Well, for me that is exactly what I did and I am sure many others did especially during The Vid crisis of 2020.  So many of us praying and calling on God to save us from financial hardship, sickness, and death.  I was on my knees day and night praying as I went through losing my job, getting The Vid, and just having stuff leave my life.  No matter how much I cried out to God it was still so very quiet.  What was wrong and why isn't He listening to me?  I mean am I not speaking loud enough?  Do I need to go to the mountain top and scream His name?  Well, the answer to all of that was a clear no.  He never left, because He was there with me the whole time.  He was seeing how much faith did I actually have and did I actually mean anything that I said.

Many of us claim to say that we have faith and we believe that what we are praying for will happen.  But once our faith is tested we then let doubt and fear enter into our minds and hearts when we don't see it happen on our time.  So, at that point we can talk the talk but our walk is shaky with doubt and fear.  It is easy to say that we have faith and we see the positive outcome, but its another thing to actually live it out because we believed it in our hearts and already knew It was done.  Don't be disappointed when times get silent as that is just a moment to see how much faith you really have.  If you claim you have faith and know something is and will happen be sure you can back that up with your walk not just your talk.
