Attitude...

Your attitude plays a big part in many things that you do throughout the day.  It plays a big role because your attitude will determine many outcomes throughout your daily life that can shape the rest of your life.  Your attitude can either open your eyes to see the many great things or keep you blind and in the dark.  When I started to change my attitude towards situations and implement a positive attitude towards situations my life changed.  I know what you are thinking but yes even in the worst situations I realized I had to change my attitude.  Like so many people I was laid off last year due to the pandemic and when I say that was the lowest point for me it was.  To be honest 2020 was one of the lowest points in my life I lost everything.  In my eyes everything that I held onto was gone no income coming in, relationships just gone, and  I wasn't able to see my daughter for a little over a month.  It all hurt and it hurt so bad, and my attitude was awful.  To me I had every right to feel the way I felt and walk around with a bad attitude until one day after a nice conversation with dad and a really close friend it started to change.  I needed to see the greatness in the situation and it took sometime but I found the beauty in my losses.  Through my losses my walk with God got stronger and that was the best thing that has ever happened to me.  My attitude started changing because of this and now I see everything different.

The changing of your attitude to a place where you can see the good in everything is amazing.  It is something that I had to discover and I didn't discover it in the best of times but I did in the worst of times.  I can be honest and say I am not perfect and I still have My Days, but the difference is that now I take time for myself to be with God and see where is the good in whatever I am going through.  Life gives us lessons and once we discover how to change our attitude and open our eyes to see the truth we will find those lessons.  The great thing about bringing a new attitude to the table is that it starts to open doors for you.  You are no longer walking around in the fog as you can now walk in confidence with your head up high.  There are going to be really good times and really bad times but with the right attitude you will always be winning.
