I Ain't No Punk!!!

We all go through life wanting to be in charge and in control of our lives, but sometimes it can be hard.  As children you hear from a parent or someone older about how you shouldn't be so easily influenced, followed by the famous if he/she jumped off a bridge you will too?  Well, I mean it all depends on how far the landing will be right?  If its only a couple feet drop then what is the harm in that right?  Still the point of the saying is be careful of you who follow and be in charge of the decisions you make for yourself.  

Being in charge of your life and feeling like you have control comes from life itself.  It comes from the experiences we endure either positive or negative.  As you experience what life throws your way you begin to know yourself and what things you will and will not put up with.  That is the easy part getting know what you can and will not endure.  The hard part is setting boundaries, but that is when you start to gain some control.  Sometimes the easiest things in life are some of the hardest things to put into practice.  

You want to be in control of your life and be in charge of your future you might want to consider setting boundaries for yourself.  Now the hard part is taking action when someone oversteps that boundary, and trust me someone will try.  When you don't budge and hold true to yourself and your boundaries you will be on the road to being in charge of your life.  Don't be no punk and stand firm!
