Leadership!!!!

You wake up tired, you go throughout your day tired, and go to bed even more tired.  You are tired of seeing what is going on in this world.  You are tired because you are seeing the true nature of people, you are seeing who people really are and its making you tired.  How many more homeless people will my city have, how many more people will I have to see suffering around the world?  All of this is making me so tired and I don't know if I can take it any more.  What can I do to help?  I know I can at least pray for my city and the world that things will change.  I can at least pray for the people that I see trying to help to give them strength.  But maybe there is more that I can do?  Are we not all called to be a leader?  We all are leaders because it is not being a leader over people but being a leader of change.

If we are tired of seeing how our cities are or how the world is then become a leader of change and put forth action to create change.  We are here not to be leaders over people but be leaders over the changes in the world.  We all have leadership qualities within ourselves, but we have been told leadership is holding some great title and barking out orders.  In fact that being a true leader is leading a change and helping or guiding others through that change and helping them recognize the leaders within them.  Some of the best leaders in the world aren't here for the titles but use their leadership abilities to help lead change.  See the leadership abilities within yourself and know that we all have and can become a leader of change.
