Have Faith!!!

As you embark on this journey of self reflection and have a desire to become the best version of yourself you have to keep faith in the process.  You also have to keep faith in yourself that you can make it through this journey.  That doesn't mean you shouldn't be real with yourself at the same time.  There will be some downs but there will also be some amazing ups, but the key is to keep going.  Working towards a better you is exactly what it is and that is work.  For example you have a project at work that you know will work but first you must go through the process to see the benefits at the end.  You have the idea, present the idea, write down the goal, go through the steps and processes that will lead to the goal, and then put it all into action.  The same goes for your journey to become the best version of you.  The journey is apart of the process and allows you to overcome obstacles that once held you back.  You have to be real with yourself and know that the journey wont be easy but through faith you strongly believe you will become the best version of you and live a more fulfilling life.  Have faith in yourself and in the process and keep pushing forward.
